We’ve been heads-down building software for a while now. Two products live, a dozen more in various stages of development, and a growing portfolio of open-source tools. It felt like the right time to start writing about it.

What to expect

This blog covers three things:

Product updates. When we ship something new — whether it’s a major UnWeb release, an OtterBox feature update, or an entirely new product — you’ll hear about it here first.

Building in public. We’re an independent studio building real products with real users. That means real decisions about architecture, pricing, infrastructure, and trade-offs. We’ll share the reasoning behind those decisions, including the ones that didn’t work out.

Technical deep-dives. Tutorials, how-tos, and engineering posts aimed at developers who build things. From API design patterns to mobile app architecture to infrastructure-as-code — practical content from our actual codebase.

What’s live today

UnWeb — Converts messy web pages into clean, LLM-ready Markdown. Launched March 12, 2026. API-first SaaS with free and paid tiers.

OtterBox — Digital box inventory management. Stop opening every box to find one thing. Live on Google Play.

Both products were built from scratch by a small team that values craft over scale. No bloat, no tracking, no dark patterns.

Two tracks

We write for two audiences:

  • Developers — If you use APIs, build with .NET, or care about clean architecture, the developer content is for you.
  • Everyone else — Product updates, tips, and use cases that don’t require a CS degree.

Every post is tagged so you can follow what matters to you.
